Sea Monster of Saint Louis

This is a self portrait of me as a sea monster in the flooded city of Saint Louis. The Mississippi river always floods. I made this for a class called Painting Drama through the Oatley Academy. Tell me if you think it's cool! I wanted it to look like the backgrounds in Heroes of the Storm.

This is the final illustration of the seamonster by my sunken apartment

Trying to the perspective correct!

Some ideas for the sea monster that included her being in a ship in the bottle.

More thumbnails. I have sea monster tourists and the bottom left is the one I ended up using.

This is how I started! The original painting was in black and white.
